Antipasta Antipasti or Antipasto means “before the meal” and is traditionally the first course served with drinks. Traditional antipasto consists of meats, cheeses, olives, capers, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, roasted garlic, pepperoncini’s, and mushrooms that are often marinated.
