Our toasted sesame oil is produced in one of the oldest Japanese oil mills in central Japan, strictly following a 270-year-old traditional method. Sesame oil has long been the universal cooking medium in Asia, imparting the characteristic flavor to the foods of its regions. Suitable for low-medium heat: Perfect for light sautéing, baking, dipping, blending into a dressing/sauce, or drizzling on a finished dish.
