Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

1 lb. Fingerling Potatoes
4 Tbsp Rosa Maria Dipper
4 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil

1. Preheat the oven: Turn the oven on to 350˚F.

2. Prepare the potatoes: Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and toss with rosa maria dipper and caramelized garlic olive oil.

3. Cook the potatoes: Arrange the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
