Wild Garlic or Ramson as it is also known is a wonderful flavor addition to chicken, fish, or potatoes. While a little hot water and a drizzle of olive oil will create a fresh tasting herb blend we highly recommend blending it with cream cheese, mayo, sour cream or a combination of two for a scrumptious dip or spread.

• Add zip to your pasta or pizza sauce with a dash of Wild Garlic Mix.
• For an amazing fresh tartar sauce for fish, mix soaked Wild Garlic with mayonnaise and a splash of White Balsamic Vinegar.
• Use a teaspoon to season your oil and vinegar dressing or marinade.
• Sprinkle dry as a seasoning for fish, chicken, potatoes, omelets, or vegetables.
