This oil is fabulous. And while I've used it mostly for a salad dressing (with the Black Current vinegar) I will be using it in other recipes, such as chicken, pork or fish. I hope to find a store like this up here in Canada where I live. Wish me luck!! hahaha (Posted on 2/4/11)

I love this oil. I use it for a lot of recipes (to which I usually use only as guides) and always add twists of my own to. Everyone loves my salads and no two are the same ....from edible flower petals and "weeds" (as my husband calls them), to the classic lettuce or spinach. They always turn out great using the blood orange oil. Goes great on grilled chicken, pork, or fish using various spices to each dish. The concentrate of flavor goes a long way and can be used as a substitute for any recipe calling for oranges. Love to experiment with food and I know weather it be just a hint of this oil to enhance the dish, or using it as a prominent flavor, it will always be a success. (Posted on 5/4/09)
