This vinegar is aged for eight years in white oak wooden barrels, steered to the southeast to provide exposure to the sea breeze which is necessary for oxygenation. This “Denomination of Origin” vinegar from the Jerez region in the South of Spain, guarantees the quality and the origin of this Sherry Vinegar. Among the outstanding attributes which make this product unique is the amber color acquired during the 8-year aging process, its delicate and fine aroma, and its excellent taste.
