Seasonal Fruit Margarita

Enjoy a favorite cocktail made healthy (no sugar added)! This easy recipe is sure to become one of your summer time favorites. Olivelle Combinations: Summer Peach Vinegar with Strawberries or Raspberries, Meyer Lemon or Tangerine with Blackberries, 1/2 Strawberry Vinegar 1/2 Cucumber Vinegar with Cucumbers and Mint, Sriracha Vinegar and fresh limes, and Pear Vinegar and Raspberries.
Prep Time: 20 minutes - Cook Time: 00 minutes - Total Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 1 cup Vinegar 
- 1 cup Vinegar (Summer Peach, Tangy Tangerine, Meyer Lemon, Fresh Cucumber)
- 1 cup Fresh Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, or Blackberries)
- 1 cup Fresh Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, or Blackberries)
- 2 cup Lime Juice
- 2 cup Tequila
- 1 cup Tripple Sec
- Lime Fresco Sea Salt to rim the glass
  1. Combine the vinegar and fresh berries and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
  2. In a pitcher, combine tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Set aside until the fruit is ready.
  3. Using a fine sieve, strain the liquid from the crushed berries. Get as much of it as you can. Feel free to use a spoon to help crush the juice free but don't force solids through the strainer.
  4. Pour directly into the pitcher and mix well.
  5. Serve on the rocks in a salt rimmed glass with a lime or berry for garnish. Enjoy!
