The Roasted Walnut Oil blends beautifully with the Vine-Ripened Raspberry or the Sweet Raspberry Balsamic Vinegars. I prefer a little extra sweetness so I added additional honey to taste. I then poured this dressing discretely over a baby spinach-blueberry-apple-candied walnut salad. So good and a very attractive addition to a luncheon menu.
