Another fun night as usual! Delicious recipes that are also easy and good for a crowd - multiple wins in my book. I don't love avocado but it would great in the deviled eggs; I am definitely going to try it with spicy bacon salt in the future. Took away my apprehension of making potstickers and I'm looking forward to trying them this fall! My only fault with this class (and the reason for 4 stars and not 5) is that had the picky eater next to me not given me some of her food, I think I might've left a little hungry. Would recommend upping the portions by 15-20% to better match the other classes I've taken. =)
Nichole did a great job !!! The class was well planned and laid out! Nichole kept everyone engaged and kept the class moving. She offered many cooking tips throughout the class and readily answered questions thoroughly. She did speak a bit fast for a guy from Tennessee but hey, we are a bit slower "laid back" sue to our southern pace. Everyone else did just fine and the class moved along very well. Nichole offered lots of information about the Olivelle products used in the class and cooking tips. Though not formally trained, she was very knowledgeable and answered questions with skill and confidence. I would recommend this class to anyone. If I had a recommendation it would be to; Aquire the building next door and add a 10-12 couple hands on/demonstration studio. The interest in your classes combined with the wonderful inventory of Olivelle make a natural combination. I have seen dozens of store/studio operations over the last 6 years and the really successful ones have a "tested" store inventory and passionate owners. Olivelle in Bozeman have both. We will follow your future success and keep in touch, Richard and Sonja "Touring America, One Cooking Class at a Time"
We enjoyed the Appetizer Jubilee! It was a good menu and a fun evening to share with my dad. thanks!
