Black Garlic Tamari Balsamic Vinegar:This Black Garlic Tamari Soy Balsamic Vinegar will add depth and flavor unlike any soy sauce product. The fermented Black Garlic adds a savory element that is not often found in other ways. Earthy aromas of fermented soy beans and back garlic combine to create this exquisite vinegar. Perfect for finishing a dish or as a stand alone ingredient.
Japanese Shichimi Togarashi: A traditional Japanese seven spice, dating back to the 17th century. The word togarashi, meaning “chili,” always includes spicy chilies, along with sweet citrus and savory nori. This well balanced blend of spices is amazing for fatty meats, seafood, noodle and rice dishes.
- Place steak in a bowl or disposable ziplock for easy clean up.
- Add 2 Tbsp Roasted Shallot Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp spice blend, 1 tsp brown sugar.
- Let marinade at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours.
- Prepare by your preferred method.
