Asian Fusion Steak - Recipe Kit

Whether you’re grilling, smoking, pan frying, or breaking out the Sous Vide you won’t be disappointed with these inspired steak recipes. No matter what marinade you choose for dinner, follow these steps first: 

  1. Place steak in a bowl or disposable Ziploc for easy clean up. 
  2. Add 3 parts oil, 2 parts vinegar, 1 part seasoning and coat well. 
  3. Let marinade 1 hour up to 12 hours.

Roasted Shallot Olive Oil: (2 Tbsp) Make this your secret weapon in the kitchen to cut down on prep time but add exceptional flavor to your meals. Roasted Shallot oil adds an intense irresistible savory flavor to everything from Vietnamese salads to American roasted potatoes. 

Toasted Sesame Oil:  (1 Tbsp) Add an Asian flair to any dish with the distinctive aroma and nutty flavor of this addicting oil. Perfect for light sautéing, blending into dressings or sauces, and drizzling over finished dishes.

Black Garlic Tamari Balsamic Vinegar: (1 Tbsp)This Black Garlic Tamari Soy Balsamic Vinegar will add depth and flavor unlike any soy sauce product. The fermented Black Garlic adds a savory element that is not often found in other ways. Earthy aromas of fermented soy beans and back garlic combine to create this exquisite vinegar. Perfect for finishing a dish or as a stand alone ingredient.

Japanese Shichimi Togarashi: ( 2 tsp ) A traditional Japanese seven spice, dating back to the 17th century. The word togarashi, meaning “chili,” always includes spicy chilies, along with sweet citrus and savory nori. This well balanced blend of spices is amazing for fatty meats, seafood, noodle and rice dishes.
