I have taken many cooking classes in different locales. This one stood out as an intimate and fun event that involved learning some new techniques, meeting new friends and delicious food. Chef Karmen was fun, inspiring and had an approach that cooks of any level could enjoy. The recipes from this class are now in my entertaining rotation. I look forward to taking more classes at Olivelle. I also enjoyed the discount on the night of the class to stock up on great spices, oils and vinegars. I love that the products are made in Bozeman, and they're staples in my pantry and for gifting to my family of great cooks.
