Chili Mango Pork - Recipe Kit

  1. Place your pork in a bowl or disposable Ziploc for easy clean up 
  2. Add  parts oil, 2 parts vinegar, and 1 part seasoning. 
  3. Let marinade for 30 minutes up to 12 hours. 

This recipe kit includes: 

  • 100ml Roasted Shallot Oil (3 Tbsp ): Make this your secret weapon in the kitchen to cut down on prep time but add exceptional flavor to your meals. Roasted Shallot oil adds an intense irresistible savory flavor to everything from Vietnamese salads to American roasted potatoes.
  • 100ml Mango Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp): Mango Barrel Aged White Balsamic Vinegar, consisting of 65% grape must, making it thick and sweet, giving you that sweet juicy mango sensation. Perfect for glazing over chicken, shrimp, fish or used to create a tropical salsa. 
  • Japanese Shichimi Togarashi (2 tsp ): A traditional Japanese seven spice, dating back to the 17th century. The word togarashi, meaning “chili,” always includes spicy chilies, along with sweet citrus and savory nori. This well balanced blend of spices is amazing for fatty meats, seafood, noodle and rice dishes.
  • Lime Fresco Sea Salt (1 tsp): Hand harvested sea salt combines with zesty lime to create a refreshing and versatile compliment to margaritas, chicken, fish, rice, vegetables and salads.
