Chianti Wine Vinegar:Made in north-central Italy, this beautiful red wine vinegar is a stunning result of fermenting high quality Chianti Wine then aging in wooden casks for a short period to create a tangy masterpiece with structure and body. Wonderful for making classic Italian vinaigrettes, potato salads, deviled eggs, and adding depth to pan sauces or soups.
Bourbon Barrel Smoked Black Peppercorns Grinder: We take the rich and aromatic Tellicherry Peppercorns and slow smoke them with bourbon barrel wood chips for subtle oaky flavor. This versatile pepper is an ideal choice for adding rich flavor to a variety of dishes.
Peruvian Pink Sea Salt: This tasty salt is harvested within the Peruvian Andes, where spring-fed terraced ponds overflow with mineral -rich saltwater. With its pastel, jewel-like appearance and delicate taste you'll want to use it on absolutely everything.
- Place steak in a bowl or disposable ziplock for easy clean up.
- Add 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, 1.5 tsp salt and pepper each.
- Let marinade at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours.
- Prepare by your preferred method.
