This recipe kit includes:
Tahitian Lime Olive Oil: Savor the delicate, sparkling flavor of zesty limes in this premium quality, slightly sweet extra virgin olive with a gentle, peppery finish.
Tangy Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar: A burst of sunshine! Like picking a fresh, juicy tangerine right off the tree, this perfectly balanced vinegar is sweet, tangy and addicting. Fabulous when paired with our Blood Orange Olive Oil for dressing salads or marinating shrimp and chicken.
Moroccan Ras el Hanout: Arabic for “head of the shop,” referring to this spice blend being the best spices in the shop. Believed by Moroccan’s to be an aphrodisiac, there is no reason not to sprinkle it on everything although it is typically used when rubbing meats, cooking tajines and seasoning stews.
Sriracha Sea Salt: Enjoy the tangy spice of Sriracha as it comes together with sea salt. Perfect for adding flare to scrambled eggs, stir-fries, noodles, or pizza; rimming cocktails; and topping caramel!
- Place your pork in a bowl or disposable Ziploc for easy clean up.
- Add 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Vinegar, and 2 tsp Seasoning, and 1 tsp Sea Salt.
- Let marinade for 30 minutes up to 12 hours.
- Prepare by your preferred method.
