Made from the ancient grain farro, this pasta is a great source of protein. Although not gluten free, farro offers a more filling pasta due to its higher fiber content. Using Farro gives this pasta a wonderful mouthfeel and pleasant chewy texture. The spaghetti shape makes this pasta great to pair with tomato or ragu sauces.
- Bring 4-6 qt water to a boil and place one Pasta Rock™ or 1 Tbsp salt in water.
- Let Pasta Rock™ boil with water for 1-3 minutes deepening on your salt preference an the size of the Pasta Rock™
- Remove Pasta Rock™ with slotted spoon; set aside for another use. Pasta Rocks™ can be used until they full dissolve.
- Use salted water to cook pasta for 11 minutes uncovered. Drain and toss with your favorite EVOO.
