Crisp Anjou Pear Balsamic: A true flavor explosion! Enjoy the sparkling flavor of crisp Anjou pears in this full-bodied, barrel aged, thick balsamic vinegar. A treat by itself or paired with your favorite olive oil.
Mediterranean Rub: A delicious blend of savory Mediterranean herbs, this rub pairs perfectly with meats and vegetables before grilling, sauteing, or roasting.
Peruvian Pink Sea Salt: This tasty salt is harvested within the Peruvian Andes, where spring-fed terraced ponds overflow with mineral -rich saltwater. With its pastel, jewel-like appearance and delicate taste you'll want to use it on absolutely everything.
- Place your pork in a bowl or disposable Ziploc for easy clean up.
- Add 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Vinegar, and 2 tsp Seasoning, and 1 tsp Sea Salt.
- Let marinade for 30 minutes up to 12 hours.
- Prepare by your preferred method.
