This oil is fantastic and it blends super well with many of the Olivelle infused vinegars. For spinach salads I have blended it with Harvest Fig and now I'm totally addicted to a blend of Sicilian Lemon with Chocolate or Chocolate Espresso Vinegar. I've never been tempted to try fish tacos (I'm not a fish lover) -- UNTIL NOW -- so I'm eager to purchase some tilapia and try the Fish Taco recipe that came with the Oil. In closing, I must tell you that originally I purchased a small bottle of the oil to test it. It's so good I placed another order for the 500 ml bottle. That's how much I like it! And, I use it daily so I don't want to run out! I highly recommend it.
The Sicilian Lemon Infused Olive Oil is simply tasteful to use with any chicken or fish dish. I will buy over and over again.
The Sicilian lemon olive oil is one of my favorites. Great for making dressing and marinades, roasting veggies, and on chicken and seafood. A definite staple in the pantry.
I love the flavor it gives my salmon. I also use it on a salad with the dark balsamic as my dressing.
