Steak House - Recipe Kit

Whether you’re grilling, smoking, pan frying, or breaking out the Sous Vide you won’t be disappointed with these inspired steak recipes. No matter what marinade you choose for dinner, follow these steps first: 

  1. Place steak in a bowl or disposable ziploc for easy clean up. 
  2. Add 3 parts oil, 2 parts vinegar, 1 part seasoning and coat well. 
  3. Let marinade 1 hour up to 12 hours.

Wild Rosemary Olive Oil: (3 Tbsp) Take pleasure in the earthy, sweet aroma of rosemary while benefiting from all of the known health benefits of premium quality extra virgin olive oil.

Chocolate Espresso Balsamic Vinegar: (2 Tbsp) Enjoy the natural sweetness of chocolate with the complex flavors of espresso in this full bodied, barrel aged, thick balsamic vinegar as a healthy way to get your chocolate fix. Amazingly delicious on everything from steak to strawberries.

Mediterranean Rosemary Rub: (2 tsp) A delicious blend of savory Mediterranean herbs, this rub pairs perfectly with meats and vegetables before grilling, sautéing, or roasting.

Roasted Garlic Sea Salt: (1 tsp) Each crystal of this savory sea salt is infused with real garlic, creating a "tres gourmet" version of traditional garlic salt. Use on meats, vegetables, and everything else.
