What's Included

Pasta of Choice:

• Bucatini Pasta: The name Bucatini comes from the Italian word Buco, meaning hole as this pasta is similar to a thick spaghetti noodle with a hole running through the middle.
  
• Busiate Pasta: Originally from the Trapani province of Italy, Busiate are prepared by wrapping a strand of pasta around a long thin stick such as a twig, pin, or knitting needles so that the pasta dries with the classic wrapped shape.
• Farro Spaghetti: Made from the ancient grain farro, this pasta is a great source of protein. Although not gluten free, farro offers a more filling pasta due to its higher fiber content. Using Farro gives this pasta a wonderful mouthfeel and pleasant chewy texture.
• Orecchiette Pasta: Meaning “Little ear” Orecchiette is a pasta with origins rooted in Puglia in Southern Italy. This pulled pasta shape offers a hollow spot perfect to catch meat and veggies.
• Pappardelle Pasta: Pappardelle originates from Tuscany. This pasta gets its name from the verb pappare in Italian meaning “to gobble up”. This pasta is perfect for a variety of sauces, but is a wonderful addition to hardy and rich sauces as the wide noodles can hold up to the weight of heavier sauces.
• Trofie Pasta: Trofie is a short, thin, and twisted pasta originating from Northern Italy. The name may possibly come from the Liguarian verb strufuggiâ meaning “to rub” as a reference to how the twists are made in the pasta. This pasta is most typically served with pesto.

• Artichoke Tomato Sauce: Artichoke Tomato Sauce combines sweet tomatoes and fresh artichokes for a decadent pasta sauce. Contains no added sugar or preservatives. 
• Basil Tomato Sauce: Basil Tomato Sauce combines sweet tomatoes and aromatic basil for a decadent pasta sauce. Contains no added sugar or preservatives. 
• Caccio & Pepper Tomato Sauce: Cacio & Pepper Tomato Sauce (cheese & pepper) combines sweet tomatoes and umami cheese, and spicy black pepper for a decadent pasta sauce. Contains no added sugar or preservatives. 
• Eggplant & Pepper Tomato Sauce: Eggplant & Pepper Tomato Sauce combines sweet tomatoes, fresh eggplant and spicy black pepper for a decadent pasta sauce. Contains no added sugar or preservatives. 
  
• Ricotta Tomato Sauce: Ricotta Tomato Sauce combines sweet tomatoes and salty ricotta for a decadent pasta sauce. Contains no added sugar or preservatives. 
  
• Sundried Tomato - Tomato Sauce: Sundried Tomato - Tomato Sauce combines sweet fresh tomatoes with rich sundried tomatoes for a decadent pasta sauce. Contains no added sugar or preservatives.

Many people don't realize how important properly salted water is to their finished dish and this takes the guesswork out of that task, plus you get the naturally occurring trace minerals. Made from salt found from dried sea beds in the Himalayan Mountains the pink color is to due naturally occurring trace minerals.
