Zucchette means "small pumpkins". This pasta has large hollow inside and is ideal for pairing with hearty and thick sauces that will catch inside the pasta. This artisan pasta is handcrafted using traditional methods. The dough is extruded through bronze dies and then air dried at 37 degrees C for 2-3 days. Giving a wonderful texture that holds its shape and its sauce!
