Ingredients
- 15oz can Chick Peas, rinsed and drained
- 3 Tbsp Kalamata Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp Tahini
- 3 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Clove Garlic, peeled
- ½ tsp Cumin Spice Infused Sea Salt, plus more to taste
- Rainbow Pepper, fresh ground to taste
- 2 Ripe Avocados, peeled and pitted
Directions
- In a food processor, pulse chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lime juice and garlic until smooth, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add avocados and pulse mixture until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes longer.
