For example, if you opt for a monthly subscription, your card will be charged each month, and your favorite products will arrive at your doorstep like clockwork—no need to lift a finger (or place another order)!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Absolutely! You’re in control of your subscription—you can pause or cancel it anytime through the customer portal. The only exception is if you’ve signed up for a subscription with a minimum payment requirement. In that case, you’ll need to receive all shipments before canceling.
To access the customer portal, just use the secure magic link that was emailed to you when you first subscribed. This link is designed for your safety and ensures only you can access your subscription details. Prefer a different route? No problem! You can also manage your subscriptions by logging into your account and finding the "Subscriptions" section under your points. From there, you’ll receive a fresh magic link to safely update or change anything as needed. Easy peasy!
Can I skip or reschedule a charge?
Absolutely! After you’ve received the minimum number of shipments tied to your discount, you can easily skip or reschedule charges right from your customer portal. Each upcoming delivery has a “Skip Payment” button next to it. Just click to skip!
Need to adjust the timing instead? Use the “Reschedule” button by the delivery date to pick a new schedule that works better for you. Simple, flexible, and totally in your hands.
Can I add products to my subscription?
You bet! In your customer portal, there’s an Items section with an "Edit" button. Click that to add new products to your subscription or choose to buy them as a one-time add-on. It’s a quick and easy way to customize your box just the way you like it!
What happens if my card is expired or doesn't process?
f we can’t renew your subscription because a payment didn’t go through, no worries! You’ll get an email with a secure link to update your payment info. Our system will automatically retry your card each day for three days.
As soon as the payment is successful, your subscription will continue without a hitch!
