Frozen fish (thawed or not) drizzle with oil of choice and sprinkle with truffle salt. If I use truffle oil I drizzle after cooking.

Wonderful addition to my spice rack

This stuff is goooood

I pan roast the mini red, yellow and orange peppers for about 5 minutes on high heat and toss them with this salt at the end. Makes a wonderful appetizer.

Anything with truffle is amazing and this salt is no exception. Very fine salt so a little goes a long way. I have used in baked potatoes, steak and chicken... so far! Awesome!
