Honestly, I’m a little afraid people will find out about this salt, because I never want them to run out!! When I give it as a gift, it becomes one of their favorite things, too. The black garlic flavor is unique, and it’s strong enough to come through, but not overpowering. I use it with EVERYTHING!!

I've been using combinations of the Black Garlic, Roasted Coffee, Caramelized Garlic and Smoked Balsamic the past week on beef and love it. Just yesterday I baked fresh Swordfish for lunch at the office using the Caramelized Garlic along with the Black Garlic and some Lemon Pepper. It was amazing. I gave samples to 6 co-workers and they all told me I could bring enough for everyone tomorrow!

I saw the review where a customer loved your Big Sky Steak Salad so much, that the meal was repeated three times in one week. After buying these spices, oil and vinegar, I tried the recipe and admit that I did the same thing! Made that same salad three times in one week and will probably purchase more ingredients to do it again next week.

We made the Big Sky Steak salad last night for a dinner party and it was amazing! What I loved about the Black Garlic, besides its great flavor, is how fine it was. There were no chunks of pepper, which sometimes can take away from the rest of the seasonings. I can't wait to try it on some other dishes.
