I've been using combinations of the Black Garlic, Roasted Coffee, Caramelized Garlic and Smoked Balsamic the past week on beef and love it. Just yesterday I baked fresh Swordfish for lunch at the office using the Caramelized Garlic along with the Black Garlic and some Lemon Pepper. It was amazing. I gave samples to 6 co-workers and they all told me I could bring enough for everyone tomorrow!

We made the Big Sky Steak salad last night for a dinner party and it was amazing! What I loved about the Black Garlic, besides its great flavor, is how fine it was. There were no chunks of pepper, which sometimes can take away from the rest of the seasonings. I can't wait to try it on some other dishes.

Do alot of cooking, and was familiar with Black Garlic, so initially was a bit hesitant to try it.
My friend who sent it had rave reviews, and she was right! It's great stuff, multiple uses for sure. My last order was a jar for myself, and one to give as a gift.
