Ingredients
- 2 Slices Rustic Sourdough Bread
- 2 Tbsp Frantoia Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Avocado
- ½ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, plus more to finish
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes, diced
- 2 tsp Smoked Barrel Aged Balsamic
Directions
- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and place bread on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and until toasted, about 15 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile in a bowl, mash the avocado together with sea salt and lemon juice.
- Spread smashed avocado on toast, top with cherry tomatoes, an extra pinch of black garlic sea salt, and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
