retail sales & Customer service ASSOCIATE: day-time; part-time

Must be available 2-3 days per week plus at least 1 weekend day. Full time could also be available.

We are looking for customer oriented people who love talking and interacting with people while creating a fun, energetic environment. This is a job in which you will never get bored! Olivelle’s retail associates are the face of our company and the first impression customers have upon entering the store. Your core job responsibility will be helping customers through their culinary journey by providing an experience that is beyond expectations. Along with helping customers in store and through cooking classes, your roll is dynamic within the store and you will be responsible for completing a number of additional tasks to help the general flow and function of business.

Day Shift's typically run from 10:30am - 4:30pm
Evening Shift's typically run from 4:30pm - 7:30pm
 
Starting a $17/hr + Free Oil & Vinegar! A great team enviroment!

WHOLESALE SALES ACCOUNT ASSISTANT: full-time

Monday through Friday. Somewhat flexible hours between the hours of 8am & 5pm.

Are you a customer focused, goal oriented, driven, organized, team player? Do you like the idea of working with a fun, family oriented team; growing a business to new heights? This is a new and rare position we are offering with big opportunities to grow within the company!

You are the type of person who loves building and maintaining realtionships with customers through effective communication via phone, email, and in person. Most work is done locally in our office but some opportunities for trade show travel. In this role you will assist the Wholesale Sale Director with incoming sales leads, prospecting new leads, and setting up phone calls or zoom meetings with potential store prospects to move them through the Olivelle onboarding process. You will be responsible for wholesale growth by prospecting new leads within markets and working alongside the company’s Wholesale Sales Director to develop strategies for new wholesale growth and keep retention among our current retailers.
