When Olivelle first started in 2006 experts in the industry called us crazy for using high-quality single-estate extra virgin olive oil for infusions, trying to convince us a poorer quality olive oil would work just as well. We knew our customers could tell the difference without products and we will never compromise on our commitment to quality by covering poor quality olive oil with flavor.
