Founders Brie and Michelle have been traveling to Italy every few years since they began producing their products to create relationships and work with family-owned estates committed to producing quality - not commodity- extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

When Olivelle first started in 2006 experts in the industry called us crazy for using high-quality single-estate extra virgin olive oil for infusions, trying to convince us a poorer quality olive oil would work just as well. We knew our customers could tell the difference with our products and we will never compromise on our commitment to quality by covering poor quality olive oil with flavor.
