Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips

Ingredients
- 4 cups Kale
- 1 Tbsp Frantoia Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Prosecco Italian White Wine Vinegar
- 1-2 tsp Rainbow Sea Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Cut kale off stem and tear into bite size pieces, place into large bowl.
- Massage leaves with oil and salt, taste for seasoning and add more salt if needed. Sprinkle with the vinegar.
- Bake in an even layer for 5 - 10 minutes, or until crunchy. Do not over crowd pan. Bake in batches.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
