Ingredients

  • 20 Brussel Sprouts, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 3 Slices Bacon, diced small
  • 2 tsp Sriracha Flake Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Rainbow Pepper
  • 2-3 Tbsp Spicy Sriracha White Barrel Aged Balsamic

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Arrange the halved brussel sprouts evenly on a baking sheet, cut side down. Do not overcrowd.
  3. Drizzle with Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil and sprinkle evenly with slices of bacon, Sriracha Flake Sea Salt, and Rainbow Pepper.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the sheet pan from the oven then drizzle the brussels sprouts with Spicy Sriracha White Barrel Aged Balsamic.
  6. Bake another 5 minutes to allow the vinegar to caramelize. Enjoy!

This recipe is a hit with everyone…. even my teenagers! The sriracha balsamic vinegar and he sriracha salt is the perfect amount of spice to this nutritous vegetable…which helps me get some veggies into my teens. ;)

We highly recommend this gift set AND especially this recipe. I was concerned that it may be too spicy… but it was not! This is a delicious and fun way to eat your brussel sprouts! Love it!
