HATCH CHILE BROWNIES WITH CREAM CHEESE DRIZZLE
There is no shame in an easy dessert and one of our favorite tricks is replacing the oil in box mix desserts with infused olive oil. Enjoy these chili chocolate brownies, complemented by a creamy and tangy cream cheese drizzle. Don’t worry, everyone will think you spent hours in the kitchen baking these delicious brownies!
1 Boxed Brownie Mix
Hatch Chile Infused Olive Oil, according to box directions
1/2 tsp Chili Verde Sea Salt, to finish
1/4 cup Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Pineapple Habanero Balsamic Vinegar
1-2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
For the Brownies
For the Cream Cheese Drizzle
Follow the directions on the boxed brownie mix package, substituting olive oil for vegetable oil.
In a small bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, balsamic vinegar, and powdered sugar.
Let brownies cool about 30 minutes to 1 hour, Finish with a spoonful of cream cheese drizzle and sprinkle of sea salt.
