Juicy seasoned ground beef, crispy roasted potatoes, and tangy-sweet onions come together with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and melty cheddar. Ingredients

½ Red Onion, cut into thin strips

2 Tbsp Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic, divided

2 ½ tsp plus ⅛ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, divided

6 Yukon Potatoes, cubed

3 Tbsp plus 2 tsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil, divided
-
1 Tbsp plus ½ tsp Black Garlic Shiitake Rub & Seasoning, divided

1lb Ground Beef

¼ cup Mayo
-
¼ cup Ketchup

Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese for serving
Directions
In a bowl toss red onion with 1 Tbsp Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic and ⅛ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt. Set aside to let pickle.
Toss potatoes in 2 Tbsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil and 1 tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt. Roast in an air fryer or oven at 400F for 25 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile in a fry pan over medium heat add 1 Tbsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil to the pan and add ground beef. Season with 1 tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt and 1 Tbsp Black Garlic Shiitake Rub.
To make the sauce in a bowl or mason jar combine mayo, ketchup, 2 tsp Wasabi Infused Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp Ponzu Barrel Aged Balsamic, ½ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt, and ½ tsp Black Garlic Shiitake Rub.
Assemble burger bowls with lettuce, roasted potatoes, pickled red onions, cucumber, tomatoes, and cheese. Top with sauce and enjoy!
