Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts
- 4 Tbsp Mojito White Barrel Aged Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp Vera Cruz Chili Infused Olive Oil OR
- ^ Key Lime Infused Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Sweet Smoked Chili Rub & Seasoning
- 1 tsp Lime Fresco Infused Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro, plus more to finish
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and add to a large bowl or ziploc bag.
- In a small bowl, combine the Mojito Balsamic Vinegar, your choice of Infused Olive Oil, lime juice, garlic, Sweet Smoked Chili Rub, Lime Fresco Sea Salt and 2 Tbsp cilantro.
- Pour marinade over chicken breasts ensuring the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour up to 6 hours in the fridge. Let meat come to room temperature before cooking.
- Skewer and grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
