Barrel Aged Balsamic Strawberries made using our Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkled with Vanilla Bean Sea salt served in a white bowl on a marble counter top.

Incredible by themselves or atop shortcake, pound cake, ice cream or Greek yogurt, these strawberries will satisfy any sweet tooth. 
Prep Time:  5 minutes - Cook Time:   30 minutes - Total Time:  35 minutes
Yield: 4-6 servings
- 2 cups Strawberries, stems removed and sliced
- 1/2 cup Whipped Cream
- 1 tsp Sea Salt (Vanilla Bean or Sel Gris)
- Basil, thinly sliced for garnish
  1. Combine strawberries and Barrel Aged Balsamic. 
  2. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Place a scoop of berries into a single serve bowl. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of salt, and basil to garnish. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!

I’m looking for your Olivelle barrel aged DENSE balsamic. I live in Florida but had some drizzled over plum tomatoes while visiting Montana. Im interested in cost, amount and shipping?
