Ingredients

  • 12 oz Mozzarella
  • 4 Tomatoes On The Vine
  • 2 Tbsp Barrel Aged Dark Thick Sweet Balsamic
  • 1 Tbsp Nocellara Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10 Basil Leaves, chiffonade cut
  • 2 tsp Rainbow Sea Salt, ground

Directions

  1. Slice mozzarella and tomatoes into ¼” thick pieces. On a serving platter, layer tomatoes and mozzarella in an alternating pattern.
  2. Drizzle mozzarella and tomatoes with Barrel Aged Dark Thick Sweet Balsamic and Nocellara Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Top salad with basil and Rainbow Sea Salt. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
