Ingredients
- 12 oz Mozzarella
- 4 Tomatoes On The Vine
- 2 Tbsp Barrel Aged Dark Thick Sweet Balsamic
- 1 Tbsp Nocellara Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 10 Basil Leaves, chiffonade cut
- 2 tsp Rainbow Sea Salt, ground
Directions
- Slice mozzarella and tomatoes into ¼” thick pieces. On a serving platter, layer tomatoes and mozzarella in an alternating pattern.
- Drizzle mozzarella and tomatoes with Barrel Aged Dark Thick Sweet Balsamic and Nocellara Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Top salad with basil and Rainbow Sea Salt. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
