Ingredients

  • 2 Orange Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Coffee Rub & Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp Smoked Barrel Aged Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsp Mayo

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  3. Arrange the yam strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle evenly with the coffee rub.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and crispy, turning once.
  6. Toss with a sprinkle of Rainbow Sea Salt.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the smoked balsamic and mayo. Serve as a dip for the coffee roasted fries.
