CORNBREAD MUFFINS WITH WHIPPED BOURBON BUTTER
There is no shame when it comes to saving time in the kitchen! Replace the oil in the cornbread mix for our Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil and top with our sweet and bourbon-y butter for an out of this world mix of sweet and savory flavors!
1 Boxed Cornbread Muffin Mix
Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil, according to box directions
½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
2 Tbsp Bourbon Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
¼ tsp Smokey Bacon Sea Salt
Whipped Maple Bourbon Butter
Follow directions on boxed cornbread mix, substituting Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.
Meanwhile in a medium bowl use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, balsamic, maple syrup, and salt.
Serve cornbread muffins with whipped bourbon butter and enjoy!
