Make popcorn perfectly every time with healthy olive oil and all-natural sea salts. The proportions in this recipe can be used with any of your favorite oils or sea salts when making popcorn. Try mixing and matching some other favorite flavor combos including:
Pizzaolio Olive Oil with Parmesan Asiago Dipper, Blood Orange Olive Oil with Vanilla Bean Sea Salt, Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil with Black Truffle Sea Salt.
In a large pot, heat 2 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
Once hot add kernels and cover. Occasionally shake the pot to ensure even heating.
Once popping slows to less than every 3 seconds, remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute.
Season with another 1-2 Tbsp olive oil and sea salt. Enjoy!
