Ingredients
- 1lb Raw Shrimp, deveined
- 6 Sliced Pancetta
- ⅓ cup Smoked Barrel Aged Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Sweet Applewood Barbecue Rub & Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat the grill to 350 F.
- Cut pancetta in half lengthwise. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of pancetta.
- In a small bowl combine vinegar, olive oil, and rub.
