Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Cara Cara White Barrel Aged Balsamic 
  • ¼ cup Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
  • 3 Cara Cara Oranges, supremed
  • 2 Bartlett Pear, diced
  • 1 Large Red Apple, diced
  • 1 cup Red Grapes, halved
  • 2 Kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Cherries, pitted and halved

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil, Cara Cara White Barrel Aged Balsamic, honey, and Vanilla Bean Sea Salt until smooth and well combined.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the oranges, pears, apple, grapes, kiwis, and cherries.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to let flavors meld.
