Olive oil and smoked balsamic vinegar combination is absolutely the perfect addition to bread with any meal, especially Italian. Tortellini soup, butternut ravioli, lemon garlic artichoke chicken with angel hair pasta and bread....sooo good dipping bread in the smoky balsamic vinegar and garlic oil with each of those meals. I’ve used it for the big sky salad recipe as well as over fresh tomatoes, basil and feta!

I originally saw the dishes made on KeepYourDaydream and became very interested in the oils. I sautéed onions and mushrooms with the Caramelized Garlic Oil and then grape tomatoes with the Smoked Balsamic. It was absolutely delicious! Gonna check out the Jalapeño Balsamic and Lime Salt very soon. Thank You!

These are so good I drink them straight from the bottle, but my favorite application is the olive oil on homemade pizza crust! I bought some for my mom immediately after I received the pair as a gift.
