I do not really like to use salt. This has such intense flavor you do not need much! We made pizza dough and used it. It added so much flavor.
Great taste and goes well with many dishes
I mixed it with the roasted coffee rub and used it on pork tenderloin on the grill.
I haven’t had an opportunity to use it other than twice. . I did use it when I roasted vegetables and liked it. I also used it when making an herbed bread but I don’t think I used enough. I need to learn amounts to use for different applications.

I have ordered roasted garlic sea salt before and used it with everything from soups to vegetables. It is very versatile. I use it with anything that calls for regular salt and it gives it a little extra flavor. I like to combine it with the carmelized garlic infused olive oil.

It's hard to choose a favorite anything from Olivelle as their goodies are so delicious, but I love this salt for it's perfect amount of garlickyness.
