Have tried several olivelle
Products and they all are wonderful. Give them as Christmas gifts and now it is all my daughter asks for.

Olive Oil Cake

I made the Olive Oil cake using the Vanilla Maple olive oil, the Meyer Lemon balsamic vinegar and the vanilla bean Sea Salt. It was very good. It makes a small moist cake .

great for baked goods

This oil is wonderful for baked goods- I use it all the time with banana bread, pancakes, waffles. Even if it is not in the baked good, I use it to grease the baking pan to give a soft vanilla and maple hint to the taste.

Glad I found the product on your website

This makes sweet breads, pancakes and waffles delicious! Our family went thru the bottle in a few months and I was not able to find it at the local store that usually carries Olivelle products. I was so happy to find the website where I have now been able to re-stock and resume the great tasting treats baked with it!
