Apple Coleslaw With a Creamy Citrus Dressing

Apple Coleslaw with Creamy Citrus Dressing

Sweet, tangy, and totally refreshing! Crisp apples, crunchy cabbage, and a zesty Mojito Balsamic kick make this coleslaw the perfect side for slow-cooked BBQ. Plus, we’re ditching the mayo for Greek yogurt so it’s lighter, fresher, and full of flavor!
