This sweet and savory coleslaw combo is amazing alongside slow cooked bbq meats. Substituting Greek yogurt, apples, and tangerine balsamic vinegar lets us avoid using mayo and sugar, making it healthier and more flavorful.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Tangerine White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Sea Salt (Lime Fresco or Thai Ginger)
- 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 small Fennel Bulb, shredded
- 1 medium Cabbage, cored and shredded
- 4 Apples peeled, cored, and shredded
- 1/2 pack Bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled

  1. Mix all ingredients except bacon in a large bowl.
