Ingredients

  • 2 1lb Steaks of Choice
  • 2 Tbsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub & Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Mixed Fresh Herbs of Choice (Parsley, Chives, Oregano)
  • 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 Large Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Balsmaic Vinegar of Modena
  • ¼ cup Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Season steaks generously with Mediterranean Rosemary Rub & Seasoning and Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt. Let marinate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture before cooking. 
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine mixed herbs, lemon juice and zest, garlic, Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Caramelized Garlic Infused Olive Oil, and Black Garlic Infused Sea Salt. Set aside.
  3. Heat grill over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Top steak with herb sauce and serve with Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes.
