I love all types of Avocados including Fuerte, Hass, Reed and Lamb Hass. I use the flavorful Avocado Oil with fresh lime or lemon juice on my salads. It is especially good on bitter leaves like escarole, endive and mustard greens.

Wonderful

This is the very best avocado oil! I have tried many, as it is a staple of a diabetics diet. It doesn’t affect the flavor to cook at higher temps and keeps its nutritional value. I enjoy many of your products and now only use olivelle for my balsamic and oil in cooking. Thank you for selling this high quality product.

Our oils are best at medium to medium-high heat. If you're frying at super high temps (like 425°F and up), olive oil isn't your go-to. But for roasting, sautéing, or pan-frying? Go for it!
