This is truly a magnificent blend, great for everything, love on chicken an vegetables an rice definitely addicted
I use this mostly in dressings and flavorings for grain dishes. The flavor is very good — of the nature the name suggests. The vinegar itself is a bit lighter-bodied than I am used to, but that may make it easier for others to mix up into a dressing.
I use it on salads and meats, too. Heated with a little bone broth it makes a great quasi bbq sauce.
I have so far put this on ribs with peach vinegar and bbq sauce, and used in an Asian inspired dressing.
I love love love this product. I use it probably 1000 different ways. I pair it with the smoked vinegar for a steak marinade. My favorite is making poke bowls with this and the toasted sesame oil.
