Great combination!

I got these as a hostess gift for a friend and decided to treat myself too. Good decision. What I love about each of these is that the flavors do not overpower the oil or vinegar. My husband loves the Harvest Fig vinegar drizzled over a fruit platter. The sweetness of the fig is perfectly tempered by the acidity of the vinegar. It is especially good with strawberries, and later this summer I’m sure it will make our peaches and nectarines pop too. We typically use the Blood Orange oil in a simple, leafy green salad - the orange flavor is subtle enough that it doesn’t overpower the greens. We have also used both the oil and vinegar as dipping sauces on charcuterie boards. Yum!

I made your recipe for the subject salad and it was fantastic! It was supposed to be the side dish, but it took center stage. Thanks for wonderful products and recipes for how to use them.
