This herb blend is the best I’ve ever found for putting in a good olive oil to dip fresh bread, putting in pizza dough, putting on pizza, using in spaghetti sauce, etc.

Question

Is the Thyme flavor predominant? I love all the other herbs, but can’t tolerate Thyme or Rosemary

Fantastic all-around herb mix

We use Miscuglio on and in so many. recipes from our morning eggs, to sandwiches at lunch and in soups, sauces, and pizza dough. It is great in the dough or on the pizza. If you make your own or flavor up store bought spaghetti, this is the perfect addition.
I just bought three.. a new one for myself, one for my neighbor and one for my sister-in-law for her birthday. They all love it.

Not good.

The main ingredient is garlic, but there isn't much garlic flavor. Not really a sweetness to the peppers either. Leaves with a bitter aftertaste. They may have burned or dried something with too much heat.

Miscuglio

Great product for all of our Italian dips. Would like a little more sweet basil added to break up the harshness of the oregano. Thank you!

Miscuglio a "Hodgepodge" of Goodness

I made a simple pasta dish using Miscuglio and Olivelle Garlic and Herb Olive Oil. The full flavor was brought about by gently heating the oil and herbs in a sauce pan for a few minutes. The heat from the oil opened up the flavor of all the ingredients. This also allowed the dry herbs to soften just a bit. I added this sauce to the hot pasta and shaved some Parmesan on top then settled down to a simple tasty meal. What a great combination.

Least favorite of the dried herb blends

Just tastes like hard dried herbs whereas the other three are freeze-dried perfection. Light texture with a very fresh pronounced flavor that I just love. I will be sharing the garlic and olive blends with friends and family this Christmas.

The only taste of Italy that is universal

The first dish was the recipe on the jar for a cream cheese dip for veggies, and crackers, and toast points with olive on top. And then came the casual twist into garlic and olive oils on roasted vegetables, and the punch for Spaghetti Carbonara, the Panko Miscuglio on chicken breasts, scrambled eggs with Italian sausage and a sprinkle on the top, and the grilled tomatoes with Miscuglio and Parmesan.... and I’ve only been cooking with it for two weeks! Adventure awaits!
