A combination of our Black Garlic Tamari Balsamic and Black Garlic Shiitake Rub layer flavor in this noodle dish to provide a delightfully savory experience you can create at home. We love that this is a quick dish with only 2 steps - perfect for a weeknight dish.

1 Tbsp Black Garlic Shiitake Rub
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp Water
1 Zucchini, cut into ribbons
1 Red or Orange Bell Pepper, sliced thin
1 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt
2 - 7 oz Packages Soba or Udon noodes
Prepare the sauce by whisking all of the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
In a wide skillet. heat the olive oil. Once hot, add the zucchini, pepper and sprinkle with sea salt. Once tender, about 5 minutes, add the noodles and sauce. Stir to coat. Cook 3-4 minutes until the noodles are cooked throughout an sauce has thickened.
Substitute rice noodles to make this dish gluten free.

This was delicious! We omitted the peppers and used store bought zucchini noodles. It would be great with tofu as a main dish but we served it with the Asian salmon and it was a great pair. We have made it twice and are waiting on our next order to make it again.
