I used the pear infused balsamic vinegar on roasted Brussel sprouts.
This balsamic is easily within my top 5, maybe even top 3 flavors. I paired it with some blood orange olive oil as a bread dip and it reminded me of the citrus dinner rolls my mom used to make! Also, I tried the avocado hummus recipe using the cumin sea salt. I served it a gathering of friends and it was a hit!
